The Williams mine is Canada’s largest gold producer having turned out 378,943 oz of gold in 1988.
The Supreme Court of Ontario awarded ownership of the mine to Corona in March, 1986, and that decision was unanimously upheld by the Ontario Court of Appeal in October, 1987.
