Moss Res. named after Moss’ McKelvey

Moss worked with Canadian Industries Limited for practically all of his career principally in northeastern Ontario (Kirkland Lake, Timmins) and northern Quebec (Noranda, Bourlamaque and Val d’Or). He served for many years as secretary of CIM branches in these communities and was awarded the distinguished service metal by the CIM in 1973 for his contribution to that organization and the mineral industry.

Moss was well-known and respected by all and was a great “people” person. He was also my very good friend and father-in-law. Harry Hodge President Moss Resources
