BOND INTERNATIONAL GOLD — Peter Allen appointed chairman of the board of directors following the resignation of Alan Bond. John Allen, Paul Hodges, John Mockridge and Richard Smith elected to the board following the resignations of Alan Birchmore, Michael Cross, Stephen Everett, Peter Mitchell, Malcolm Ross and Robert Pearce. Zoltan Merszei, Sir Michael Sandberg and Hugo Uyterhoeven remain on the board. Total membership of the board decreases to eight from 10.

PLEXUS RESOURCES–Michael Fowler appointed vice-president and chief financial officer of the company and also its U.S. subsidiary Plexus, Inc. He has also been named a director of the parent company.

AVOCET VENTURES — Peter Burnell, appointed chairman and elected a director succeeding Nigel McNair who has resigned.

GLOBAL-PACIFIC MINERALS — David Dowhaniuk appointed president and director. Peter Karius appointed secretary.
