New chairman of QSC named

Fortugno will replace Paul Guy, 54, who spent eight years as chairman. Guy said he plans to remain secretary-general of the International Organization of Securities Commissions as well as undertake consulting work.

Fortugno worked for the federal government, with the department of justice, prior to joining the commission in April, 1988.
