Mintel International Development Corp. has changed its name to Golden Trump Resources Ltd. (GTZ:VSE) on a 1-new-for-5-old share basis. Transfer agent is Central Guaranty Trust Company.

Coeur d’Alene Mines (AMEX) has declared a dividend of 15 cents payable Apr 21 to shareholders of record Apr 14, an increase of 50% more than the cash dividend paid last year.

A. W. Applegath reports that he has acquired a total of 460,15l shares of High Frontier Resources through a public offering, the shares of which company were recently listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange.

With an authorized capital of 10,000,000 shares of which 2,503,00l are issued, this company is an affiliate of Tundra Gold Mines (VSE) which holds 500,000 shares.

Claymore Resources has changed its name to New Claymore Resources Ltd. (NCS:VSE) on a one-new-for- four-old share basis. Transfer agent is Montreal Trust Company.

Raylloyd Resources has changed its name to Cons. Royalgroup Inc. (CRY:ASE) on the basis of one-new- for-seven-old share basis.
