Encouraging gold assays have been received by Hardrock Extension (TSE) from the company’s gold property near Geraldton, Ont. Surface stripping and sampling have tested the VG zone for 80 ft.
Some of the better channel sampled results include 5.8 ft grading 0.54 oz gold per ton and 1.6 ft assaying 0.81 oz gold. Another 7.8-ft section assayed 0.29 oz gold per ton, Hardrock says.
The VG zone is one of several mineralized zones on the property. A drill program using two rigs is under way testing the VG zone and other targets. Results from the program are expected shortly, the company says.
