Drilling is scheduled to begin this month on Reed Lake Exploration’s (ASE) gold property, located northwest of Wawa, Ont.
The 19-claim property hosts an iron sulphide deposit containing 900,000 tons of 46% pyrite, and quartz veins which are reported to contain gold values. One vein reported by the company assayed 0.42 oz gold per ton over a one metre width.
Drilling will test gold bearing quartz veins and pyrite sulphide targets.
