Total Erickson completes merger

Final approval has been given for the merger of Total Erickson Resources (TSE) with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Total Energold Corp., formerly Getty Resources.

Under the court-approved arrangement, Total Energold issues one common share for every 2.8 common shares of Total Erickson. Prior to the amalgamation, Total Energold and Total Erickson had approximately 13.4 million and 35.6 million shares outstanding respectively. With the additional issue, Total Energold has 26.1 million common shares outstanding.

The company’s assets include: 100% of the Erickson gold mine at Cassiar, a 37% interest in the Mount Skukum gold mine near Whitehorse, 49% of the Tundra gold venture in the Northwest Territories, a 53% interest in Ranchmen’s Resources, and 63% of Trans- Canada Resources.
