T. R. V. Minerals

T. R. V. Minerals (VSE) says it has accepted a proposal for a private placement of 8.5 million shares at 15 per share. Also included in the placement are warrants to purchase an additional 8.5 million shares for a period of two years, at 20 in the first year and 25 in the second year. The shares issued under this private placement will be subject to a 12-month holding period.
