Cove Energy Corp. has acquired three claim blocks, totalling 47 units, adjacent to the Skyline Exploration gold discovery property in northern British Columbia.
President Richard N. McRae says Cove has agreed to spend $310,000 over a 3-year period and issue up to 200,000 shares to earn a 100% interest in the project.
The claims adjoin the Skyline property and are located southwest of the gold zone under development by Skyline, says Mr McRae.
The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.
