Runaway Resources has changed its name to Revere Resources Ltd. (rvl:vse) on a share-for-share basis.

Goldwest Resources has changed its name to Consolidated Goldwest Resources Ltd. (kgg:vse) on a 1-new-for-2.5-old share basis.

Jascan Resources has suspended operations at its Pansilver project located at Cobalt, Ont. An extensive program of underground drifting and diamond drilling was carried out on the property last year. It did not successfully result in outlining a mineable reserve at current silver prices, the company says, and it now is winding down operations at the property.
