News in Brief (May 09, 1988)

MSV Resources Inc. (ME) has sold its holding of 1,492,500 shares in Canacord Resources Inc. (TSE) to Prime Capital Corp. The sale represent 10% of Canacord’s issued and outstanding shares.

Tennajon Silver Corp. (VSE) has entered an exploration agreement with CMP 1988 II Resource Partnership and Co. Ltd., wherein CMP has agreed to subscribe for up to 438,300 flow-through common shares at $1.146 per share, to provide up to $500,000.

Real de Minas Inc. (VSE), a Vancouver-based company, is currently negotiating with the Gold Hawk Syndicate of Vancouver regarding the acquisition of 49% of the shares of a Mexican mining company which holds certain rights to several mineral concessions and other gold, silver and platinum interests in Sinaoloa, Mexico.
