A third mineralized zone has been discoverd by X-Cal Resources on the company’s Tyax property in B.C. The claims are located in the Bralorne-Bridge River area.
The new zone returned an average grade of 0.4 oz gold per ton across a 9.8-ft section. Another adjoining 16.5-ft section assayed 0.036 oz. The combined width of the zone is 26.2 ft, X-Cal reports. Zone 3 is located 85 ft east of zone 2 where a 20-ft section assayed 0.1 oz. A drill program, designed to test the new showings, is planned to begin shortly.
