A large group of miners from Inco’s Frood mine in the Sudbury district of Ontario last week came up with the right number combination in the big Lotto 6/49 lottery, to win $1,600,000.
The 58 people in the group (most of whom were hourly-rated workers at the mine) each took home a $28,000 Christmas present.
