Pundata acquires B.C. gold claims

Pundata Gold Corp. says it has acquired four claims with proven gold reserves at a prospect located in the southern extension of the Quesnel trough in British Columbia.

The company says the claims contain proven reserves of at least 40,000 oz gold in ore grading 0.1 oz per ton or better, mineable by open pit.

The prospect is estimated to contain a further 400,000 to 600,000 tons of probable ore, grading 0.1 oz per ton, Pundata says.

Evaluation of the company’s Cottonwood area prospect is continuing, it adds.
