Viscount Resources has acquired a 100% interest in a large block of mineral claims consisting of 13,500 acres in the Russell Lake area of the Northwest Territories.

Harlow Resources has changed its name to American Daleco Technologies Inc. and subdivided its shares on a 3-new-for-1-old basis.

An airborne survey is expected to start shortly on the Casa Berardi properties held by Pan East Resources. These include 42 claims in Tomlinson and Newman twps., Ont., and 47 claims in Orvilliers Twp., Que.

For the six months ended Aug 31 Uranex Resources had cash and short-term investments of $254,016 compared to $12,230 posted in the year-earlier period.
