Recent insider trading transactions reported by the Ontario Securities Commission include the following:

o Alamos Minerals (AAS-V) — Chester Millar, director, bought 70,000 shares at 39-57, sold 139,500 shares at 40-58 and let expire 150,000 options to hold 272,500 shares and no options.

o Bema Gold (BGO-T) — Roger Richer, director, was granted 200,000 options exercisable at $1.04 apiece, exercised 20,000 warrants at 70 and sold the resulting shares at $1.60 to hold 600,000 options, no warrants and 53,030 shares; Clive Johnson, director, exercised 300,000 options at 31 and was granted 1 million options exercisabe at $1.04 to hold 3 million options; and Mark Corra, officer, exercised 25,000 options at 31 and sold 35,000 shares at $1.67 or $1.68 to hold 525,000 options and 50,000 shares.

o Corner Bay Silver (BAY-T) — Steven Brunelle, director, sold 8,000 shares at $3.40 or $3.75 to hold 328,509 shares; and Michel Blouin, director, exercised 10,000 options at $1.80 and sold the resulting shares at $2.80 or $3.80 to hold 40,000 options and no shares.

o Cumberland Resources (CBD-T) — John Greig, director, sold 25,000 shares indirectly at $1.80-1.93 to hold 770,189 shares in all; and Betty-May Goyette, officer, exercised 10,000 options at 80 to hold 32,500 options and an unspecified number of shares.

o Darnley Bay Resources (DBL-V) — Leon La Prairie, director, exercised 100,000 options at 20 and sold 46,667 shares indirectly at 16 to hold 150,000 options and 980,130 shares indirectly.

o Denison Energy (DEN-T) — Patrick Hodgson, director, bought 200,000 shares at 14 to hold 406,000 shares; and Paul Little, director, bought 200,000 shares at 16 to hold just under 4.35 million shares.

o Etruscan Resources (EET-T) — Gerald McConnell, director, bought 22,000 shares indirectly at 90-$1.07 and sold 441,666 shares indirectly or privately at 78 or $1.04, plus 5,000 shares directly at 77, to hold just under 2.1 million shares in all.

o First Silver Reserve (FSR-V) — James O’Rourke, director, exercised 90,000 options at 55, sold the resulting shares at $1.06 or $1.33, and was granted 150,000 options exercisable at 82 to hold 220,000 options and no shares; and Len Brownlie, director, exercised 60,000 options at 55, sold the resulting shares at $1.09-1.29 and was granted 150,000 options exercisable at 82 to hold no shares and 150,000 options.

o Gabriel Resources (GBU-T) — Stephen Roman, director, exercised 200,000 options at $2.52 and sold the resulting shares at $4 to hold 350,000 options and no shares; Frank Wheatley, director, bought 20,000 shares at $4.65 and sold 40,000 shares at $4.68 or $4.73 to hold 80,000 shares; and Clifford Davis, director, exercised 300,000 options at $2.65 and sold the resulting shares at $4.05 to hold 700,000 options and no shares.

o Greystar Resources (GSL-T) — Kinross Gold, which had to report its trading activities by virtue of having owned more than 10% of the company, sold more than 2.12 million shares at 26-36 to hold roughly 7.04 million shares.

o Minefinders (MFL-T) — Continental Casualty Co., owner of more than 10%, let expire 408,000 warrants and sold 585,300 shares at US$2.30-2.87 plus just under 1.02 million shares indirectly at US$1.64-2.81 to hold 230,700 shares directly, 137,400 shares indirectly and no warrants.

o Philex Gold (PGI-T) — Leonardo Josef, director, sold 70,000 shares at $1.00-1.04 to hold 31,780 shares.

o Queenston Mining (QMI-T) — Susan Smith, officer, sold 50,000 shares at 65-71 to hold no shares.

o Richmont Mines (RIC-T) — Nicole Veilleux, officer, exercised 10,000 options at $1.75 and sold the resulting shares at $4.84 to hold 35,000 options and no shares; and Martin Rivard, officer, exercised 12,500 options at $1.75 and sold the resulting shares at $4.67 to hold 87,500 options and 4,000 shares.

o Seahawk Minerals (SKM-V) — Sergio Martins, director, acquired just under 4.14 million shares at 5 to hold just under that amount.

o Tan Range Exploration (TNX-T) — Frank Hallam, director, exercised 115,000 options at 40 or 50 and sold the resulting shares at 78-81 to hold 572,000 options and no shares.

o Tiomin Resources (TIO-T) — Neil Gagnon, owner of more than 10%, sold 255,000 shares at US28 to hold just over 6.82 million shares in all; and Jean Potvin, director, sold 56,500 shares at 43 and was granted 200,000 options exercisable at an unspecified price to hold just under 5.45 million shares in all and just under 1.15 million options.

o Wheaton River Minerals (WRM-T) — Ian McDonald, director, sold 80,000 shares at $1.15-1.55 to hold 343,205 shares.
