Marum struck a deal with Indicator Explorations to earn a 100% interest in the Ground Zero property. The 107-sq.-km property is completely encircled by De Beers Exploration Canada and lies 20 km up-ice from G10 indicator clusters previously defined by the Manitoba Geological Survey. Marum will carry out an aeromagnetic survey.
In addition, Marum has applied for 560 sq. km of ground, dubbed the Crossroads property, which saw magnetic and electromagnetic surveys for base metals. Based on that work, five targets were selected for follow-up ground magnetometer surveys.
Consolidated Oasis can acquire a 90% interest in a 162-sq.-km land package in the Gods Lake area by issuing 5.4 million shares. Oasis will hold a right-of-first refusal on the remaining 10%.
