NEWS ROUNDUP — Niocan improves niobium recovery

Testing by Quebec’s Centre de Recherches Minerales has boosted recovery rates at the S-60 niobium deposit owned by Niocan (NIO-M) near Oka, Que.

Rates increased to 78% from 75%, and reagent costs were reduced by 25%. Similar tests will be conducted for the project’s HWM-2 zone.
