Service Technician

Responsibilities will include the site assembly and commissioning of TBM’s providing technical assistance and training, as well as assisting with fabrication in the Etobicoke plant.

You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience installing and servicing heavy equipment on site, in-depth hydraulic knowledge, mechanical aptitude, bilingualism, and a willingness to travel internationally. Additional languages and TBM knowledge are assets.

Project Metallurgist

Applicants for the position of Project Metallurgist will have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical (Mineral Process) Engineering and at least five years of experience in the operation of a modem mineral processing plant. A history of investigating, developing and implementing innovative process solutions is required. Good knowledge of process simulation and statistical analysis techniques is an asset.

Your responsibility encompasses setting safety and environment standards; preparing cost estimates; developing, updating and implementing a mass balance integration plan; and coordinating activities with field engineers.

You will have a suitable engineering degree with five to ten years of experience in open cut mining, and with a proven track record in effective mine waste materials disposal. You are a self-starter and have strong technical, computer modelling and analytical skills.

This position is based in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
