SUPPLIERS NEWS ROUNDUP — Scintrex wins Chinese contract

The nucleonics division of Concord, Ont.-based Scintrex has been awarded a contract valued at $3.1 million from Atomic Energy Canada to supply the fail fuel location systems for the Qinshan 1 and 2 power projects in China.

The systems contract, the latest of several Qinshan contracts awarded to Scintrex, involves installation of a complex network of detectors and hardware and software control instrumentation.
