LATIN AMERICA — Cream eyes ground in Mexico

Vancouver-based Cream Minerals (CMA-V) plans to acquire several mineral properties held by Minera Oroca in Mexico’s Durango and Sinaloa states.

Minera Oroca is owned by Frank Lang, a director of Cream Minerals, and Ferdinand Holcapek. The vendors retain a 3% net smelter return royalty (NSR) on the production of gold and silver and a 1% NSR on the production of any other metals on the properties.
