African conference set for ’98

A conference showcasing mineral investment opportunities in Africa will be held Feb. 3-5 at the Cape Sun Intercontinental Hotel in Cape Town, South Africa.

The conference, entitled “Investing in African Mining/Indaba ’98,” will be attended by representatives of the mines ministries of numerous countries.

These include Angola, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
