Fraser Institute to explore future of B.C. mining and exploration industry

The Fraser Institute will host a conference on mining in British Columbia, to be held Oct. 22 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver.

Entitled “Mining in B.C. — Eliminating Uncertainty and Encouraging Investment,” the conference will feature a talk by Douglas Fraser, president and chief executive officer of Placer Dome.
