INSIDER TRADING — Asia Pacific officers sell large holding

The Ontario Securities Commission reported insider trading by directors of Asia Pacific Resources (APQ-T) during March and April.

According to the Commission’s weekly OSC Bulletin, President G.D. Wright exercised 500,000 options at $3, sold 1.2 million shares through Crew Holdings at $3 to $10.35, and sold 750,000 shares through Cypress Consulting Services at $2.60 to $7.75. He holds 815,260 shares directly, 11 million shares through Crew, and 11.2 million through Cypress.

Secretary J.M. Darch exercised 500,000 options and sold 300,000 shares through Crew Holdings and 450,000 through Western Investment Consulting, at $3-10.35, to hold 544,100 shares directly, 11.7 million through Crew and 11.8 million through Western.
