Archangel intersects kimberlite in Russia

Drilling on the Verkhotina project in northwestern Russia has intersected a kimberlite pipe for Archangel Diamond (VSE).

The pipe appears to be on a structure distinct from that which controls the five pipes that have been the focus of exploration thus far.

Core from the discovery hole is being analyzed and Archangel plans to drill-test 10 nearby ground geophysical anomalies in the next few months.
