Nuclear waste topic of AECL hearings

Atomic Energy of Canada’s proposals for managing the disposal of nuclear fuel waste will receive public hearings in Ontario in March, April and May.

Phase I hearings will take place in Toronto and Pickering, March 11-15 and 25-29 and in Thunder Bay, Sudbury and Chalk River from April 29 to May 2.

Phase II hearings will be held in Toronto from June 10 to 14 and June 17 to 21.
