Gold Reserve ups Brisas Resource

Spokane-based Gold Reserve has increased the geological resource at its Brisas concession in Venezuela’s Kilometre 88 district.

The addition of 631,000 oz. gold and 83 million lb. copper brings the total resource to 4.7 million oz. gold and more than 700 million lb. copper.

“The minability of this deeper resource will be determined by several factors, including the price of gold and an economic feasibility study,” says President Rockne Timm.
