A total of 12.6 million shares will be issued following the completion of a rights offering by St. Andrew Goldfields (TSE). The offering is expected to generate proceeds of $2.5 million.
St. Andrew will issue an additional 14 million common shares to its unsecured creditors.
The total number of issued and outstanding shares in St. Andrew will rise to 61 million.
