Int’l Curator tops treasury

A brokered private placement will raise up to $8.7 million for International Curator Resources (TSE).

Sprott Securities will sell a minimum of 1 million and a maximum of 3.5 million special warrants at $2.50 each on a best-efforts basis for a period of up to 60 days.

One special warrant converts, at no extra cost, into one common share plus a warrant exercisable at a price not greater than $2.90 for a period of two to three years. Proceeds will be used to fund further work on the Boleo project, a sediment-hosted copper-cobalt deposit in Mexico.
