Unable to raise additional capital, Belore Mines (ASE) has terminated a joint-venture agreement with United Reef (TSE)
concerning two alluvial diamond properties in the Central African Republic.
The companies had planned to acquire the rights to explore and develop two diamond deposits south of United Reef’s Bamingui property.
