Due to a rare Parvo virus contracted on vacation in the Caribbean, Donald Coxe, founder and chairman of Coxe Advisors, was unable to give his keynote address at the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada convention in Toronto last week.
However, the PDAC and Mr. Coxe have allowed Stan Sudol’s Republic of Mining website to post the prepared speech here.
