Timmins-based junior Millstream Mines (MLM-V) will resume drilling at the Potter massive-sulphide property in Munro Twp. this month.
Drilling at Potter between 1995 and 2001 intersected new mineralization down-dip from mined-out sections of the old Potter mine. Deep holes intersected mineralization as far as 900 metres below surface.
The original Potter (or Munro Copper) mine operated in the late 1960s, and produced just under half a million tonnes grading 1.63% copper and 1.5% zinc.
