Dan graduated from the University of Toronto. \nDaryl Hodges\nDaryl is the CEO of Ancient Strains Limited\, a private company engaged in the CBD hemp business in Canada and India. Daryl is also President of Ladykirk Capital Advisors and sits on the board of private and public exploration and development companies. As former CEO of Jennings Capital Inc.\, Daryl was responsible for many public and private company transactions including equity and debt financings\, M&A\, and go-public transactions.  \nVishal Gupta\nMr. Gupta is a Professional Geologist and has experience working with numerous junior exploration and development stage mining companies. Most recently he worked as an equity research analyst covering junior mining companies for Toronto.
